OUR FEES
| Legal 4 help requires a signed Project Specification Agreement / Estimated Cost Proposal, outlining the details of the project, before launching any project. PROJECT SPECIFIC Because each project will be unique, fees will vary depending on services and time frame. NEW CLIENT Projects $100 and under - full payment is due prior to the start of project. Projects over $100 - 1/3 payable prior to beginning of project; 1/3 paybable on approval of first draft; 1/3 payable upon receipt of final product. HOURLY: NEW AND ESTABLISHED One hour minimum charge Hourly rates are billed in 30-minute increments. A 25% surcharge will be added to all projects requiring "rush", evening and/or weekend services. There will be a $25.00 service fee for any returned checks. All supplies, materials and expenses incurred (i.e. postage, outside printing, shipping, etc.) during a project will be itemized on invoice and due upon receipt. These additional expenses will be charged at cost. RETAINER First month to be paid in full. Subsequent months to be invoiced via PayPal or USPS two weeks prior to the first of the month and are due and payable by the 5th of the month. All supplies, materials and expenses incurred (i.e. postage, outside printing, shipping, etc.) during a project will be itemized on invoice and due upon receipt. These additional expenses will be charged at cost. Detailed time sheet will be provided monthly via email. |
